All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you promptly and offer a refund or exchange.
3. Ordering
Ordering process: Orders are placed exclusively online on our website.
Validation: Any order placed implies acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been validated.
4. Prices and payment
Prices:
Secure payment: We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, and other methods available on our website.
Invoicing: An electronic invoice will be sent to you by email.
5. Delivery
Areas covered : International delivery.
Delivery times: Usually between 10 and 21 working days.
Costs: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking: Each order is accompanied by a tracking number.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
Conditions : Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Exclusions : Products personalized or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
7. Return and Refund Policy
Return request: To initiate a return, contact us at support@metatronos.com with your order number.
Deadline: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Costs: Returns are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
Refund: Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be made within 7 working days via the original method of payment.
8. Warranty and claims
All our products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity and a warranty against hidden defects. If you notice a defect, please contact us immediately with proof (pictures) for prompt handling.
